There are no playbooks or "rules" on marketing a business after a pandemic. However, marketing is an extremely essential piece of your overall re-opening plan. OMNIA has put together these suggestions to consider as you prepare to re-open. We hope that this information along with the printable checklist are helpful to you. All information is listed as "general" info, but we are happy to talk about specifics regarding your particular business/industry. As a local small business owner and someone with a long history in foodservice, the statewide shutdown of dine-in restaurants/bars hits home. This is unprecedented and quite scary for a lot of individuals who depend on the income from these establishments.
So, how can we as a community help in situations like this?
In order to easily determine what local restaurants are doing during this time, I have put together a Google Sheet that details all known information regarding these businesses. Note that the list ONLY contains information that has been verified by the business. All known Facebook pages and websites have also been listed, so look around their site and connect with them! https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1E3tkdZeDePWcZyEFws2myKz3dJCdI2eG-0Sxw4W7Iho/edit?usp=sharing Now more than ever, it is important to support our local businesses. Please do so, but keep the following in mind: These restrictions have been made for a reason. So IF YOU ARE FEELING SICK, PLEASE STAY HOME. Even if you feel well, please be mindful of social distancing. The last thing we want is additional time that businesses, schools, etc. are to remain closed and/or putting the staff that IS working at risk. Your support is appreciated! |
